Here we are at Kecamatan Biduk Biduk!
The morning situation lifted up my fatigue from the long journey after around 6hours on the road. We arrived at 3AM the day after with tired face looked like zombies and all we thought were ‘BED~BED~BED~’ O_0
Woken up at 7AM, forced ourselves to take a shower and get ready for breakfast for another adventure! ^o^
Finally we arrived at Labuan Cermin, a lake as clear as glass which has 2 flavors (fresh water above, seawater below). It was just 15 minutes from our guesthouse.
After we enter the Labuan Cermin area, the fisherman brought us around the lake to see the surroundings. As we reach the pier, all of us lined up for taking the ‘iconic’ photos that shows you are at Labuan Cermin.
So mostly people came to Labuan Cermin and took this pose in the photo to show the ‘mirror’ or ‘glass’ effect from the water which shows the boat is ‘floating’. Meaning if you are lucky & get the good moment as the sun rises, you can see that the water is very clear as if your boat is floating.
See, the water was so clear! I was so amazed! *o* Really relaxing the eyes.
Before we check out from the guesthouse, we went to Teluk Sulaiman for lunch at hawker stalls. On the way there, our car stopped by the seaside (we were the last car that departed) just to capture few photos before sun went down and tide rose up.
I met few local kids who were playing at the beach and as I approached them, they went to silent. They were shy so shy which made me want to take photo with them.
Alright, I’ll continue about Teluk Sulaiman at the next post 🙂
