For the last day, we went to Ulun Danu Beratan temple which located at Tabanan area. Find it familiar? Yes! If you have Rp 50,000 money with you, check it out. This temple is drawn in the money.
Pura Ulun Danu is a must visit place if you go to Bali. There were some high school doing their study tour that day. Here not only the temple to be visited but they also some restaurants and some water attraction. I didn’t take many photos here because it was too crowded.
You can spend your time with your partner or family roaming around the lake and see the temple view from the lake with the small boat or these swan boats. It costs Rp 25,000 for the boat.
This is the closer look of the temple. It was closed that day. I think you can go to the temple when the tide is low (I saw other people photo during low tide day). Pura Ulun Danu is the second biggest temple in Bali after Pura Besakih. This pretty water temple is used for offering to the Balinese water, lake and river goddess, Dewi Danu. It is because Lake Bratan is the main source for all irrigation in Central Bali. As it is located 1,200m above sea level, it has chilly weather. But still, don’t forget to use hat and sunblock. Because I ignored it and got sunburn. Haha
Below are some photos from my polaroid. 🙂
